国外的日子有时候没有如家里方便，特别是在吃上，比如这里早上就买不到馄饨(也叫云吞）。一般的我早上吃的就是牛奶燕麦片加煎鸡蛋，营养还算不错，但有些单调。不过这次我去超市偶尔发现有馄饨皮，于是打起自己做馄饨的念头。照着小时候的回忆，我先是做馅儿：把五花肉、虾仁、冬瓜剁碎，再加入切碎的葱，然后五花肉和葱搭配，虾仁和冬瓜搭配，加上一点酱油。馄饨皮是已经有的了，所以下一步就是把馅儿包到皮里面。包之前和姑姑在Gtalk上请教了一下，得知一枚经验：要根据皮的厚度放馅儿，不能放太多，否则馄饨皮会很快煮熟而馅儿则不熟。然后我试着包了5个，放到开水里煮，目的是试验馅儿大小是否合适。大概三分钟后加上紫菜和盐，稍等一会儿鲜美的馄饨就做好了。其实蛮简单的。
